Freelance Site Manager – Industrial Unit (Birmingham) Location: Birmingham, West Midlands Contract: Short-term Freelance. We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee works on an industrial unit project in the Birmingham area.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage health & safety on site, and report progress to the client and project team.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial construction projects

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
