The ideal candidate will oversee construction activities, ensuring safety and compliance across all operations. Candidates must hold a valid OPS 2 Document Holder ticket and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills. A full UK driving licence is essential for site travel.

Qualifications

• Valid OPS 2 Document Holder ticket (NGED) is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing HV/LV works on the NGED or other DNO networks.
• Solid understanding of electrical distribution systems and associated safety procedures.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• SMSTS or SSSTS is preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travel to various sites across the Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Act as Site Manager on NGED projects, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Manage subcontractors, engineers, and field operatives on site.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Liaise directly with NGED representatives and project teams.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards across site operations.
