Qualifications

• Previous experience working on high volume, new build housing developments.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Awareness of codes of practice e.g. NHBC, building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Construction Team on site to deliver quality products.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
• Manage working partnerships with Housing Associations and subcontractors.
• Monitor HR Training to ensure competence of site team members.
• Actively manage communications with customers and stakeholders.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of construction build programmes

Strong commercial awareness

Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes

Experience of successfully delivering customer service requirements

Education

Relevant qualification in Construction Management
