Wienerberger Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for a 9-month fixed-term contract at the Denton site. You will lead on-site delivery of the factory upgrade project, coordinate contractors, and ensure health and safety standards are maintained while delivering to time and budget.
You will manage day-to-day site operations, review RAMS, and lead safety briefings, toolbox talks, and site meetings with project teams and designers. This role requires CSCS and SMSTS, and looks for strong leadership.

About the role
As a Site Manager you will be the trusted lead on site at our Denton factory, overseeing the safe and effective delivery of the factory upgrade construction program, which include our green hydrogen fuel switch project.
Acting as our site representative, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and contractor coordination across multiple CDM areas. You’ll work closely with project teams, contractors and designers to ensure the planned activities are caried out to plan and budget whilst maintaining strong health and safety standards.
This is 9 months, salaried, fixed term contract opportunity.

This role is based at our Denton site, within easy reach of Manchester, Stockport, Oldham, and surrounding towns, with straightforward road access and nearby transport links.
Working hours: Full time site-based role, Monday to Friday. 8am to 5pm
