Freelance Site Manager - CAT A Fit Out

Location: Central London

Duration: 18‑22 weeks

Start: On site in approximately 3 weeks

Rate: Competitive – Ltd Company or CIS

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing all on‑site operations to ensure smooth delivery
  • Overseeing Health & Safety compliance and site inductions
  • Ensuring all teams are working to programme and contract requirements
  • Coordinating subcontractors and managing site logistics
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing commercial fit‑out projects
  • Predominant background in commercial fit‑out, CAT A & B
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and site management
  • Ability to work proactively and solve site issues efficiently
  • Availability to start in approximately 3 weeks
