We’re looking for a Finishing Foreman — or a General Site Manager with strong finishing experience — to join our growing construction team in Norfolk. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in detail, thrives on problem‑solving, and enjoys bringing a project through its final, most quality‑critical stages. In addition to day‑to‑day site management, you will also oversee internal finishes across live construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and programme alignment as we progress towards completion and handover. Depending on experience, you may also support or lead wider site management duties, including coordination of trades, logistics, and client communication.
You’ll lead the on‑site delivery from start to finish, working with internal teams and external partners to make sure the job is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
