We're looking to employ a motivated enthusiastic Site Manager to join our small but fast paced Facades team.
About the Role:
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site operations related to façade installation, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in façade systems and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership and full-time responsibilities at site level for projects of wide-ranging values and scales.
- Manage daily site activities, ensuring compliance with design specification, quality standards and safety regulations.
- Ensuring and encouraging effective communications at all levels.
- The ability to uphold site standards and give guidance and support as required.
- The ability to lead the site team with a positive attitude.
- Liaise with clients where required and as appropriate.
- Preparing and report programme positions to senior team.
- Conduct day to day running of site and completing all necessary paperwork and site checks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and raise any issues of site defects, poor installation, or material discrepancies.
- Monitoring site stock levels and informing project managers in a timely manner to prevent delays.
- Ensure all works on site are installed to design drawings and installation guidance.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure that all façade installed components meet the requirements and specifications.
- Ensure all works are installed to a high quality.
- Ensure site Health & Safety are maintained to a high standard.
- Carry out weekly safety audits.
- Carry out weekly toolbox talks.
- Liaise with site operatives and client consultants.
- Maintain accurate communication with the Everlast management team.
- Carry out site inductions and ensure all training is appropriate and up to date in line with project requirements.

Essential Experience/Qualifications:
- Valid Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification
- Fire Marshall
- Working at Height
- First Aid at Work
- Minimum 5 years' experience in construction site management or supervision, preferably in facade projects.
- Minimum NVQ 3 in Construction or equivalent
- Full Drivers Licence

- Understanding of AutoCAD
