A major housebuilding firm is seeking a Customer Care Manager for the South West region to oversee customer interactions from handover to issue resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proven history in managing complex customer issues, and previous experience in the housebuilding industry. We're actively seeking a Customer Care Manager for the South West region of a major housebuilder, initially for a 2 month contract with the possibility of extension.
You'll be acting as the key point of contact for customers from the point they are introduced to their finished home prior to legal completion until they have settled into their new home. You will be responsible for ensuring that the homes handed over to customers meet the company's quality standards and are customer-ready within expected timeframes. Keeping customers informed on the progress of any issues they have raised and working in partnership with the Site team to resolve these as quickly as possible are key aspects to this role.
