A prominent healthcare organization in Wales seeks a Site Manager/Clinical Nurse Practitioner to oversee patient flow and manage hospital operations 24/7. The ideal candidate must be a Registered General Nurse, demonstrate leadership and management skills, and be able to work day and night shifts. The role demands complex decision-making abilities and excellent communication skills, with a commitment to bilingualism enhancing patient experiences. Offering a competitive salary of £48,527 to £55,532 per annum, pro rata.
An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Site Manager/ Clinical Nurse Practitioner working at Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest.
The post holder will be expected to maintain patient flow through the acute hospitals site and must be able to work autonomously to ensure the smooth, efficient and effective running of the hospital site over a 24-hour period. The Clinical Site Manager/Night Nurse practitioner has responsibility for the site in the out of hours period, which involves troubleshooting patient flow issues, staffing problems and clinical incidents.
The successful candidate will need to be innovative, motivated and an excellent role model for the Health Board values.
The rota involves both day and night shift patterns to suit service requirements.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
