Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations on‑site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the on‑site team, including subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and senior management.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process, implementing innovative solutions to ensure project success.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all work meets the specified standards and contractual requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, with a focus on civil engineering and Solar PV construction projects.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and Solar PV construction methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
- Health & Safety Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
