Experienced carpenter ready to manage sites? £200/day + long-term opportunities with Labour Force Direct. This is a self-employed role with the potential to become employed. Bristol & South West UK | £200 per day | Labour Force Direct Ltd

Labour Force Direct Ltd, a leading refurbishment and general building contractor (est. 2003), is looking for a Site Manager with a strong carpentry background to join our team on a self-employed basis. Most sites are in and around Bristol, with occasional travel and overnight stays. You will not be required to attend our Clutton based office / yard – you can travel directly from home to sites.

Responsibilities

• To manage commercial refurbishment projects (shops, schools, offices – internal works) as a working foreman
• Project values from £5,000 to £300,000
• Site teams of up to 20 operatives
• Responsibility for site organisation, H&S, quality and delivery

Requirements

• SMSTS qualification (essential)
• CSCS card (essential)
• Proven carpentry background
• Site management / supervisory experience
• Valid UK driving licence
• Own vehicle required to start with
• Professional, reliable, quality-focused
