Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-quality construction projects.
• Background within commercial, education or healthcare projects preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive and solutions-focused on site.
• SMSTS essential (SSSTS considered with strong experience)

Responsibilities

• Managing all on-site operations from start to completion
• Maintaining strict health, safety and environmental standards
• Driving quality control and ensuring exceptional site presentation
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel
• Overseeing materials procurement, plant and logistics
• Working closely with the wider project team to ensure seamless delivery
