A leading construction apprenticeship agency in the UK is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations on construction sites. The role includes tracking project progress, ensuring safety compliance, and managing resources. Candidates should have GCSEs in English and Maths, a full UK driver’s license, and be proactive with strong communication skills. The apprenticeship lasts 36 months with training provided.
Site managers oversee operations on a day-to-day basis, ensure that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the right quality standards. Their duties will be shared across the site and the project office, often updating the management team of site progress, risks, and issues.

40 hours p/w with start time typically between 07:00 & 08:00 inclusive of paid 8 hours at college.
The passion and commitment to work in site management. It will be advantageous if you already have previous related work experience on a construction site or have completed relevant qualifications.
