Role: Site Manager

Industry: Supermarket / Retail fit Out

Location: Nationwide

Salary: £50k - £55k + Car Allowance, Overtime for Nights/Weekends (equates to 20%-50% of salary)

An established national fit-out contractor is seeking experienced Site Managers to deliver fast-track supermarket and retail refurbishment projects across the UK. They’re looking for hands-on Site Managers with a can-do attitude, strong leadership skills, and the flexibility to work as part of a dynamic, fast-moving team. The role involves travel nationwide and will include night and weekend work when required. You will be working with clients including Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's, Next. Projects will be anything from a 4-day cosmetic upgrade to a 20-week full store refurbishment.
