Contract: Long Term Freelance | Approx. 6 Months

BCS Connect are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client on a long-term modular build project in Worthing, West Sussex.

Our client delivers groundworks packages for modular builds — including pad foundations, drainage, and landscaping — and is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to take ownership of site delivery, safety, and coordination.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Supervising and coordinating Groundworks Teams
• Monitoring groundworks activities - site prep, excavation, reinstatement
• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times
• Managing site documentation and progress reports
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedule
• Overseeing pad foundations, drainage, and landscaping works

What We\'re Looking For

• SMSTS or CSCS Black Card
• First Aid Certification
• Proven Civils / Groundworks Management experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate site teams
• Excellent communication and organisational ability
