You'll ensure site operations are delivered safely and on schedule, managing a team and day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in groundworks and construction, and the ability to lead teams effectively. This role is crucial for driving innovative projects across multiple sites.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within groundworks or modular construction.
• Strong background in deep drainage, foundations, and external works.

They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager — ideally bringing a trusted gang/team — to join their growing operations team on a series of short, fast‑paced modular projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing all site operations, ensuring groundworks and foundation packages for modular buildings are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Each project runs on a 6‑week programme, requiring strong organisation, leadership, and the ability to keep momentum across multiple concurrent sites.
