Overview

A well-established construction firm based in West Midlands with 55 years of experience in the industry are looking for a proven site manager experienced in the delivery of new build industrial and warehouse projects. Our client works within the industrial construction sector delivering major logistics and warehouse developments. You'll play a key role in helping drive the standards of a team known for its fast paced and consistent delivery of multi-million-pound modern high quality industrial and warehouse units. This position would suit an experienced Site Manager or an up-and-coming Site Manager who is looking to develop their career within the construction industry. Promotions to senior & PM levels are rewarded to outstanding performers within the business. Responsibilities
