You will drive safe operations, maximise throughput, support maintenance, manage resources and coach teams to achieve high performance while liaising with regulators and stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of one of Panda’s processing facilities. This is a hands‑on leadership role where safety, compliance, plant performance and people management all come together.
As Site Manager, you will take ownership of site performance, making sure operations run safely, efficiently and in line with environmental, regulatory and commercial requirements. You will lead from the front, support your team, drive continuous improvement and help deliver Panda’s wider recycling and sustainability goals.
