Location : Greater Manchester

Salary : £55,000 – £60,000 per annum + package

Job Type : Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of new-build industrial units across sites in Greater Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality industrial and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial build projects
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Site Manager level), and First Aid certificates
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and programmes
  • Full UK driving licence
