Responsibilities include site supervision, health and safety compliance, and managing labor and materials. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of management experience in residential groundworks and hold CSCS and SMSTS certifications. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in residential groundworks.
• Ideally have NVQ Level 6 certification.
• Highly experienced in residential groundworks.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Keeping site diaries and amending RAMS.
• Managing the labour force and overseeing daily site operations.

My client is an industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK., We are currently recruiting a Site manager to join the company and assist in managing a long term residential groundworks project in Darlington.,

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Ammending and working to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Providing progress reports
• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• NVQ Level 6 (ideally)
• Highly experienced in residential groundworks
• 8+ years management experience
