A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a long-term residential groundworks project in Darlington. Candidates should have over 8 years of management experience in construction, along with required certifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid) and ideally an NVQ Level 6. This role offers negotiable rates and is available for an immediate start.

My client is an industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK. We are currently recruiting a Site manager to join the company and assist in managing a long term residential groundworks project in Darlington. Rates are negotiable!!! This is for an immediate start!!!

Site Manager Responsibilities

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site supervision and compliance with health and safety.
• Keeping site diaries.
• Ammending and working to RAMS.
• Quality assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Providing progress reports.
• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Site Manager Requirements

• CSCS.
• SMSTS.
• First aid.
• NVQ Level 6 (ideally).
• Highly experienced in residential groundworks.
• 8+ years management experience.
