A prominent educational institution in Stourbridge is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a full-time role to ensure the smooth operation of campus facilities. Responsibilities include maintenance oversight, compliance with safety regulations, and collaboration with school leadership. The ideal candidate should have site management experience, particularly in educational environments, and possess strong organizational skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to take on a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our school site and facilities.
The Site Manager is responsible for a wide range of duties and responsibilities, including line management, compliance and safety, maintenance, budgeting, site security, working with external agencies, and effective decision-making — to name just a few.
All duties must be performed with full transparency and in line with Trust policies and procedures, while ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidance.
