Site Manager - Social Housing Planned Maintenance
Location: Stevenage
Contract: Full time, permanent
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 DOE + car allowance & mileage
We are partnering with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit a proactive Site Manager to oversee planned maintenance projects on void and major void properties across the Stevenage area.
We are also open to applications from experienced Site Supervisors or Assistant Site Managers who are ready to step up.
This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and health & safety.
