Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of residential construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project and commercial teams, you'll coordinate subcontractors, manage site operations, and maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, materials, and logistics to maintain quality and progress.

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high construction and finish standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience managing residential construction sites for a main contractor or housebuilder.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and site management processes.
• Good technical knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and quality control.
• Based within a commutable distance of their North Essex Head Office, with flexibility to travel to sites across East Anglia as required.
