Job description

• Job Title: Site Manager
• Grade: Scale 18 - 22
• Location of work: Acer Academy & Arbour Academy
• Responsible to: Headteacher / Facilities Manager
• Hours of duty: Full Time 36 hours per week; Split shift pattern
• Holiday entitlement: 25 days per year, plus bank holidays

Scope of the Job

To undertake general caretaking service and ensure the cleanliness, safety, security (including being a registered key holder) and sound condition of the premises, facilities and associated grounds.

Context

To provide support to pupils and their parents/guardians, school staff, Senior Leadership Team, governors in providing quality services to the community.
