Overview

Site Manager role for a traditional building contractor with an excellent name, giving you autonomy to deliver projects from start to finish without excessive red tape and typical tier 1 protocols.

Company

The contractor handles projects across varied sectors: Healthcare, education, local authority, commercial, private residential, sports and leisure, embassy, and religious buildings. Projects range from £200k to £5m, including refurbishment, new build, and cut‑and‑carve.

Candidate

We look for a Site Manager with longevity experience across varied sectors, managing projects up to £2m. The role entails full site operations and managing client & principal contractor.

Project

Operating around High Wycombe, predominantly Healthcare projects — standard NHS fit‑outs of wards. Experience as a Site Manager in the Healthcare sector is essential. Great attention to detail with design, managing M&E packages in a high‑paced operational live environment.

Responsibilities / Client Wish List

• A construction related degree, HNC/HND or NVQ Level 4 are highly desirable.
