THE JOB

As a Site Manager, you will be required to manage a stream of Kitchen and Bathroom Programme. This scheme is carried out within occupied social housing, and the Site Manager will lead the kitchen and bathroom streams, working closely with Site Management, Tenant Liaison Officers and the labour force.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trades operatives working on the kitchen and bathroom streams.
• Manage work completion and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Monitor materials and ensure quality standards are met.
• Report to the office with photos of any onsite issues.
• Represent the company whilst working within domestic properties.
• Work alongside other trades professionals to complete projects to the highest standard where necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

• Hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Gold or above), Asbestos and DBS qualifications (DBS will be completed upon securing the job).
• Have relevant industry experience working on a kitchen and bathroom stream.
• Hold a full UK driving licence, drive and preferably live within the Peterborough area.
