Site Manager

At ODS, we believe in building more than just structures, we build communities, opportunities, and a better future for everyone. As a Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality refurbishment and construction projects that create great spaces for people to live, work and visit.

What you’ll do
  • Working closely with Building Projects and Contracts Managers to plan resource requirements well in advance.
  • Producing target programmes, preliminary and plant schedules.
  • Coordinating staff, sub-contractors, suppliers, and others on site to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
  • Schedule work to be carried out to ensure budget & production targets are achieved and high quality of product is maintained.
  • Ensuring that all work is undertaken in accordance with all appropriate health and safety legislation, codes of practice and ODS ISO45001 safety system.
  • Complete all start up procedures regarding safety, site establishment, notices, dilapidations schedules, administrative support, equipment etc
