We're recruiting for experienced Retail Site Managers to deliver fast‑track supermarket fit‑out and refurbishment projects across the UK. Our client is a well‑known principal contractor within the retail and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking for hands‑on, professional Site Managers who can take ownership of live store projects and deliver to high standards of safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Role Overview

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations on live supermarket refurbishments and roll‑out programmes
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure Health & Safety compliance
• Liaise with clients and store teams to deliver projects with minimal disruption
• Maintain quality, programme, and commercial awareness

Requirements

• Proven experience managing M&S, Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda or Morrisons store projects, among others
• Black CSCS Card preferred, with SMSTS & First Aid essential
• Strong client‑facing and leadership skills
• Happy to travel nationwide and work occasional nights
