About the Role
Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be working with a leading construction and fit-out company to recruit a Site Manager based in Antrim.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring works are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site labour, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.
- Liaise effectively with clients, design teams, and internal departments.
- Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings and toolbox talks.
- Ensure the project meets all contractual and quality requirements.
- Resolve daily operational issues quickly and efficiently.
- Foster a collaborative site culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and site management best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- CSR/CSCS card and relevant certifications (SMSTS, First Aid, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
