We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee a housing development project consisting of timber frame new builds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in joinery who is ready to step into a leadership role and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality homes.

  • Manage daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and trades, maintaining strong communication and workflow.

Requirements
  • SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
  • Valid First Aid qualification.
  • Background in joinery with hands‑on knowledge of timber frame construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
