If YES, you could be the Site Manager we’re looking for to lead our team at Yusen!

What is your focus as a Site Manager?

You will be responsible for managing the maintenance operation at the Yusen site, ensuring all service agreement commitments are met while maintaining a strong health and safety culture. You will lead and develop the on-site engineering team in line with our company values, foster strong customer relationships, and drive continuous operational and system improvements.

What are your key responsibilities?

• Manage site maintenance operations, ensuring performance meets or exceeds contractual commitments
• Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement across the site team
• Enhance and uphold a strong Health & Safety culture
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the customer’s management and leadership teams
• Use Reflex, Analytex, and 3rd party software to analyse data, drive improvements, and report performance
• Lead the site team by example, ensuring high engagement and professional development
• Plan and schedule work packages to maintain high system availability
• Liaise with internal teams and manage 3rd party supplier relationships effectively
• Take ownership of initiatives to eliminate poor processes and system non-conformities
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Degree, HND, HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline
• At least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a technical environment
• Strong background in automation, warehouse management systems, and data analysis
• Skilled in using CMMS systems such as Service Geeni
• Competent Microsoft 365 user
