Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years management experience.

Overview

My client is an industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK. We are currently recruiting a Site manager to join the company and assist in managing a long term residential groundworks project in Durham. RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!! THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Site Manager Responsibilities

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety.
• Keeping site diaries.
• Ammending and working to RAMS.
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Providing progress reports.
• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Site Manager Requirements

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• NVQ Level 6 (ideally)
• Highly experienced in residential groundworks
• 8+ years management experience
