Site Manager - High-End Bespoke New Build (Single Dwelling)

Location : Edgbaston, Birmingham

Start Date : January 2026 (demolition commencing shortly)

Salary : Competitive, dependent on experience

An established and design-led residential developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a high-end bespoke new build home in Edgbaston, Birmingham. The project will begin with demolition and progress through groundworks, substructure and full build-out to completion.

This is a key role within a growing business that delivers a mixture of luxury new builds and design and build renovation projects. The successful candidate will have end-to-end experience of managing bespoke residential builds, with a strong understanding of quality, detail and client expectations.

The Company

The business operates across two main divisions :

• New Build Developments : Typically 6-8 unit schemes aimed at the high-end market, with plans to scale up in size and scope over the coming years.
• Design & Build Renovations and Extensions : Large-scale projects for private homeowners, typically from £500k to £1m+, including several full demolitions and rebuilds of entirely bespoke new homes.

The Role

As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, overseeing all aspects of the build from demolition through to final handover. You'll manage subcontractors, coordinate with the in-house team and external consultants, and ensure the highest standards of health, safety, quality, and client satisfaction are maintained.
