Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a Kitchen & Bathrooms refurbishment program across Manchester. You will be the key on-site figure, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard, with real autonomy and the backing of a well-established contractor.

The role is based on Manchester sites with a salary up to £45,000 plus car or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing kitchen and bathroom installation projects.
• Strong background in residential fit-out, refurbishment, or new build.
• SMSTS and First Aid qualifications; CSCS card (Black/White preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a Kitchen & Bathroom scheme program across the Manchester area on multiple sites.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to high standards.
• Take a hands-on role with autonomy while coordinating on-site teams.

The Role

You will be the key figure on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. This is a hands‑on role with real autonomy and the backing of a well-established social housing contractor.
