  • Chair site meetings, coordinate stakeholders, and keep projects aligned with regulatory requirements (CDM Regs).
  • Develop and review site documentation including risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans.
  • Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Gain exposure to large‑scale projects in the energy sector, including transmission substations and industrial clients.
✅ What We’re Looking For
  • Electrical engineering background with hands‑on installation or commissioning experience.
  • Understanding of site installation practices and safety standards.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the drive to lead and motivate teams.
  • Willingness to travel to UK client sites.
  • Health & safety awareness training (IOSH, CITB, RoSPA, etc.) and BS : 7671 18th edition qualifications are highly valued.

👉 If you don’t yet have full site management experience but are eager to learn, we’ll provide mentoring and support to help you grow into the role.
