Job summary

Londinium Epoxy Flooring London is seeking a capable supervisor to lead epoxy and resin flooring installations across Luton and Bedfordshire. You will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of epoxy systems, with CSCS or equivalent credentials desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in the flooring industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of epoxy and resin flooring systems.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate installation teams on multiple projects.
• Project coordination including scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Client liaison - maintaining professional relationships and managing expectations.
• Quality assurance - ensuring all work meets company and industry standards.
• Health and safety compliance on all job sites.
• Training and mentoring junior team members.

Join our professional team installing high-quality epoxy floors across Luton and Bedfordshire's commercial and industrial facilities.

• Surface preparation including grinding, shot blasting, and cleaning of concrete substrates
• Mixing and applying epoxy resin coatings according to manufacturer specifications
• Applying primers, base coats, and topcoats to achieve required finish
• Quality control checks throughout the installation process
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
• Following health and safety protocols on all sites

Requirements:

• Previous experience in epoxy or resin flooring installation preferred
• Good level of physical fitness for manual work
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• CSCS card preferred (training can be provided)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence advantageous
