Woods Loke Primary School are looking for a Site Manager to lead our site team. The role will be to ensure our school environment is safe, clean and welcoming for students, staff and visitors.

We are looking for someone who has high standards, knowledge of all statutory requirements or a willingness to learn. You will be the first point of contact for contractors and need to have strong communication skills with both internal staff and external agencies.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills who can prioritise a busy schedule and be pro‑active in carrying out repairs and general maintenance. We are looking for someone with general DIY and property maintenance skills, who is willing to update their skills with relevant training.

The role may involve responding to calls outside of normal working hours for emergencies and security problems – therefore, flexibility is essential. You will need to be a motivated and proactive individual, if this is you, we would love to hear from you.
