Linsco are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build Starbucks Drive-Thru project for a 3-week holiday cover starting Monday 28th July.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site activities and trades
• Ensure the build continues smoothly in line with programme
• Maintain a high standard of health & safety on site
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Keep site paperwork, inductions, and reporting up to date

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing small-scale commercial new builds
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Able to maintain continuity and standards in absence of full-time manager
