A Leading Housing Developer are looking for a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager for a traditional high volume project in Lincolnshire. This is a fast paced site and the ideal candidate will have experience delivering 70+ units per year. Opportunity to progress to Project Manager within 18 months.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople
  • Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Communicate effectively with project team, stakeholders, and clients
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Required Qualifications
  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • Valid First Aid certificate
  • Full UK Driving Licence
