What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the site
  • Helping to drive build programmes while maintaining top standards of H&S and quality
  • Coordinating trades, materials and subcontractors
  • Ensure NHBC standards and company specs are met at every stage
  • Taking pride in delivering homes that exceed customer expectations
What we’re looking for
  • Experience as an Assistant Site Manager who is read to step up or No 2 Site Manager on a fast-paced residential development
  • Solid technical understanding and familiarity with NHBC standards
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a hands‑on approach
  • SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid
  • A genuine team player who enjoys being part of a professional, high performing site team
