Site Manager Needed - Inverness (Start Mid-January 2026)

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee three projects in Inverness for our client. The role is due to start mid-January 2026 and will run until March 2026, with the opportunity to move onto a follow-on project in Manchester immediately after.

Project Scope Includes:

• Comms Room: Installation of air conditioning, M&E works, and associated fit‑out.
• Office Conversion: One large office to be split into two, including:
  • Suspended ceilings
  • Partitioning
  • Decorating
  • All relevant M&E works

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally in fit‑out or refurbishment environments.
• Strong understanding of M&E coordination and office refurb works.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and programme delivery.
