The role involves managing project delivery from inception to practical completion, ensuring safety standards are met, and liaising with subcontractors. Ideal candidates will have previous experience with a traditional housing developer and necessary qualifications, including SMSTS and CSCS Card.

Job Title: Site Manager. Location: Derbyshire. Thorn Baker's Award-Winning client is looking for a Site Manager to join their expanding team. This house builder has an outstanding reputation for high quality standards. This is an opportunity to work on a brand-new development in Derbyshire consisting of high spec traditional housing.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
• Manage and liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
• Identify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
• Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and report to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager for a traditional Housing Developer.
• SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work
• Excellent knowledge of Traditional buildConstruction.
• Full UK Driving License
