Key aspects of the role

  • Overseeing the works, leading the Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.
  • Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.
  • Using your knowledge of Local Authority works.
