Job summary

A regional house building firm is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a new build housing project in Hull. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with volume house builders and a strong understanding of NHBC regulations. This ongoing position has potential for temp to perm conversion for the right individual. Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing build programs for housing projects.
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the build programme for new housing scheme.
• Supervise trades and sub-contractors.
• Liaise with NHBC for regulations.
• Oversee health and safety compliance.
• Work collaboratively with the Assistant Site Manager.

Skills

Experience with volume house builders

Knowledge of NHBC regulations

Strong management skills

Tools

SMSTS certification

The ideal candidate must have experience with a volume house builder and strong knowledge on NHBC regs.

This is an ongoing position for the right candidate with a potential for temp to perm should you be looking for a permanent position.
