Job summary

Albion Search are currently assisting house builders in East Yorkshire by providing holiday cover for site management roles. The ideal candidate will have house building experience and be available immediately to manage on-site activities.

A valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card are required. Responsibilities include managing the site, coordinating the build programme, inductions, and ensuring compliance with H&S standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid in-date SMSTS certificate.
• Must have valid First Aid certification.
• Must hold CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site management and oversee the build programme.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors on site.
• Provide updates to Contracts Manager as required.
• Enforce health and safety standards (H&S) on site.
• Conduct inductions for new on-site personnel.
