• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential / housing sector
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (preferred)
• Process‑driven, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional homes
• Pride in the Job Award winner or nominee (desirable)

Key Duties

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations and coordinate all trades and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standard
• Monitor quality, health & safety, and compliance across all site activities
• Oversee materials procurement, site logistics, and labour resources
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
