No 1 Site Manager – Main Contractor – New Build Carehome, Fleet. £70k-75k + package, start December.

The Company

The building contractor manages projects of varied nature, including healthcare, education, local authority, commercial, private residential, sports and leisure, embassy and religious buildings. The contractor is known for its excellent reputation and focuses on the delivery of construction projects ranging from £2m–£20m, including refurbishment and new build.

The Candidate

We are looking for a Site Manager with proven longevity and experience working across varied sectors on projects up to £15m value. Key responsibilities include package managing subcontractors, adhering to programme, and reporting to the Project Manager.

The Project

Operating in and around Fleet, the contractor covers a variety of sectors, doing both new build, refurbishment & extension. This project will be a £12m new build carehome. The ideal candidate has experience as a Site Manager overseeing all packages within similar schemes, such as hotels, student accommodation, and carehomes.
