Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited is seeking a Site Manager to oversee containment and cable pulling for a short-term project in Greenock. You will manage on-site activities, enforce method statements and safe systems of work, and maintain site records to ensure quality and progress.

Contract length - 4 to 7 weeks

Location - Greenock, Inverclyde

Role Description

Our client is seeking a Site Manager to oversee containment and cable pulling. They are a leading contractor operating across the UK within rail infrastructure, construction and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Overseeing site activities
• -Ensuring works are delivered in line with method statements and safe systems of work
• -Managing and updating risk assessments, permits and site documentation
• -Maintaining site diaries, progress reports and quality records
• -Delivering toolbox talks and task briefings
• -Ordering materials, plant and coordinating logistics on site
• -Ensuring works are completed on programme, within budget and to required quality standards

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• -Proven site management background
• -SMSTS
• -CSCS Black Card
• -3 Day First Aid

Be available to start on Monday 5th October and be available for all shifts during the length of the contract
