Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a landmark residential RC Frame development in North West London. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and drive delivery to programme while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, you will ensure works meet NHBC standards, manage risks, and support handovers from construction through to final delivery on a 255-unit scheme in Cricklewood.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments.
• Experience delivering RC Frame projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of health & safety legislation.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontract trades simultaneously.
• SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid certificates essential.
• NHBC standards knowledge would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations across allocated areas of the development.
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors.
• Driving programme delivery and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Maintaining exceptional health & safety standards.

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to join a major residential development in North West London?

Our client, a well-respected residential developer and contractor, is seeking a driven and ambitious Site Manager to join the project team on a landmark 255-unit development in Cricklewood, NW London. The scheme comprises three RC frame apartment blocks, offering a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale, high-profile project from construction through to delivery.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of a section of works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, to the highest quality standards and within budget.

You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, driving programme performance, managing health & safety, and maintaining quality standards throughout the build process.
